Deborah L. Smith, Office Manager
Debbie has been with the credit union since September 1990. She started as a part-time member service representative when we were known as Quaker Metals Employees Federal Credit Union. At that time our office was in the basement of the current ALCOA Administration Building. Over the years she has served in many positions with the credit union. Currently, she is responsible for accounting, bringing in new services, problem solving and supervising the frontline staff.

Penn State University - BS - Individual & Family Studies
Lebanon Valley College - Professional Diploma - Accounting

Carol Benn
I have been with Our Family Federal Credit Union since May of 2005. I enjoy getting to know and help our members. I do many different jobs, but my special areas are Individual Retirement Accounts, Share Certificates and ATM / VISA Debit Cards.

Karen Wisniewski
I joined the credit union as a part-time front-line teller in March of 1997. Since that momentous date, I have learned many aspects of daily credit union business. I was promoted to the loan officer position in 2008. The best part about my job is working face to face with members. I love being able to help members start out on their financial paths or reach their financial goals.
